About the company

A machine base shaped around real production needs

We started with screen printing and commercial graphics. Today we continue to expand the facility so that most key production stages can be handled in-house and demanding projects can move faster.

  • 1997 company founded
  • 11+ core production technologies
  • 1 facility combining print, CNC, laser and specialty marking

In-house production

Print, CNC, laser and specialty marking handled under one roof in Mielec.

  • Fujifilm Acuity Prime
  • Seron Expert
  • HP Latex 360
Building production in Mielec since 1997

The first stage of MGA IRIS was a cutting plotter supported by screen printing and advertising graphics. Over time the machine park expanded with large-format printing, UV print, CNC machining, laser cutting, plastic bending, thermal cutting and specialty marking.

Today the company's main strength is the ability to combine technologies under one roof. The project does not need to fit one machine only. It can be matched to the final goal, the substrate and the effect expected by the client.

How we work

We choose technology around the outcome, not the other way around

Process chosen for the end use

Each material and each exposure environment needs a different approach, so we do not limit a project to one technology.

Repeatability and quality control

An in-house machine base helps maintain stable workmanship, colour consistency and delivery reliability.

In-house production

Fewer distributed subcontracting stages mean shorter communication, faster corrections and better coordination.

Practical engineering mindset

We focus on results that are visually strong, feasible to produce, durable and economically justified.

Materials

We work across boards, films, plastics and specialty media

  • rigid and foamed PVC
  • PMMA / acrylic
  • PETG and polycarbonate
  • HIPS and other display plastics
  • dibond and composite boards
  • plywood, MDF and wood-based panels
  • self-adhesive films
  • banners and flexible media
  • textiles
  • EPS / XPS and lightweight foams
We work across many substrate groups

Prototypes and launch stages

We help verify substrate choice, process and production method before a larger run starts.

Short and repeatable series

We handle orders where visual quality, dimensional consistency and the option to repeat production matter.

Combined technologies

Print, cutting, routing, bending and specialty marking can work together inside one order.
